Morris East has a select menu and wine list which focuses on fresh and artisanal products. While something changes every day at the restaurant, once a month the Chef, Owner, Sommelier and Wine and Beverage Director come together to plan the upcoming menu and drink pairings.
lunch
Morris East offers a delicious lunch menu featuring daily soups, organic salads, wood-fired sandwiches and gourmet pizzas. Lunch wines and cocktails are also featured.
saturday lunch
Fresh from the Halifax farmer's market or baked that morning in our wood-fired oven, the Saturday lunch menu features wood-fired skillet eggs, housemade bagels and the most luscious Saturday libations.
wine
Morris East loves our wine list as much as our menu. The well-researched list is selected to provide thoughtful food and wine pairings and often features unique finds and one-off buys. Additionally, we have a red wine fridge which holds all of our reds at an optimum temperature.
cocktails
Morris East is committed to the art of serious cocktail making. We train our staff, select and chill the appropriate glassware, use fine spirits and pour at minimum 2 ounces of alcohol for every drink. Like our menu, the cocktail list changes regularly, taking advantage of seasonal offerings and the finest ingredients available.
