Morris East is a creative, neighborhood restaurant in downtown Halifax, Nova Scotia. The savoury flavour throughout our thoughtful dishes is due in part to our traditional wood-fired oven, brought from Naples, which burns premium orchard apple wood from the Annapolis Valley.
Morris East sources artisanal products and then turns them into imaginative food and drinks by hand. Conveniently located on Morris Street in Halifax, we serve gourmet thin-crust pizzas, wood-fired mains as nightly specials, delicious lunch items and much more.
Morris East loves our wine and cocktail lists as much as our menu and believes every great meal starts with an aperitif. Happy Hour runs nightly from 5pm-6pm. A great bottle of wine is always on feature at lunch and dinner. BYOB corkage is $10 per 750ml bottle.
